Fernandez is up for the set-piece… but the ball is flicked behind by an Osasuna player at the near post. Atletico Madrid have surely done enough now.
90' +2
Reinildo heads a left-wing cross behind for a corner, which the visitors manage to clear. Budimir is then caught offside from the second delivery, and Atletico are closing in on victory.
90'
Just three minutes have been added on here, leading to a furious reaction from the home fans.

Atletico are clearly sitting deeper now, as Osasuna look to work the ball wide to find a cross towards their target men. Is there one final twist to come in this tale?
87'
A. Witsel enters the game and replaces R. De Paul.
G. Kondogbia enters the game and replaces Koke.
Witsel is also entering the action in place of De Paul, who played a key role in what looks likely to be the winning goal.
Kondogbia replaces Koke in Atletico Madrid's midfield as Simeone looks to hold onto this slender lead.
86'
Moncayola prevents Atletico from making it 2-0! The stand-in right-back gets back to clear Morata's cut-back towards Carrasco. To be honest, the Spain international may have been better served taking the shot himself, having broken in behind in the inside-right channel.
85'
Budimir is penalised for a foul in the visitors' area following a cross from Barja. Saul's goal seems to have taken the wind out of Osasuna's sails as we enter the final five minutes of the 90.
83'
Osasuna are going more direct now, with Budimir and Kike offering two big targets for crosses into the area. Atletico's backline usually relish those physical contests, however, and they have coped well so far.

Kike Barja enters the game and replaces A. Ezzalzouli.
Kike García enters the game and replaces Diego Moreno.
Kike is also on for Moreno, meaning Moncayola will fill in at right-back.
Barja replaces Abde on the left for Osasuna, who need to find a response.

Description
76'
Out of nowhere, Atletico Madrid lead. Osasuna have been the better side for the last 15 minutes or so, but the visitors' quality shines through as De Paul and Saul combine to devastating effect. Is there a way back for the hosts?
74'
Saúl has scored a goal for Atletico Madrid! Assist by R. De Paul.
GOAL! SAUL PUTS ATLETICO 1-0 UP! The visitors have the lead against the run of play as Saul drills a low finish beyond Hernandez! De Paul puts the substitute through on goal with an excellent ball over the top, with Osasuna's backline all over the place. Saul makes no mistake to fire home from 15 yards out, and Los Colchoneros lead!
Saul's finish was well-taken, but De Paul deserves plenty of credit for picking him out with a raking 50-yard ball over the Osasuna backline! Aridane seemed to step up as the rest of the home rearguard held their positions, leaving Saul unmarked.
73'
Simeone is animated on the sidelines, calling for his side to show more energy. Osasuna are on top at present, with Atletico having Oblak to thank for making two strong saves.
70'
D. Brašanac gets yellow.
Brasanac is the first man booked following a late challenge on Morata, but Atletico's free-kick comes to nothing.
69'
Carrasco sees a cross cleared by Aridane after breaking down the left. Given the quality in their ranks, Atletico should be creating much more.
67'
Moncayola fires wide from 20 yards out following a flowing Osasuna move! Atletico Madrid started this half well, but they have certainly lost their way in the last 10 minutes, allowing their hosts to apply some pressure.
65'
Saúl enters the game and replaces Pablo Barrios.
Álvaro Morata enters the game and replaces Á. Correa.
Morata, meanwhile, replaces Correa in attack.
Simeone responds to that triple change from the hosts with a double substitution of his own. Saul replaces Barrios in midfield.

60'
Moncayola enters the game and replaces Rubén García.
A. Budimir enters the game and replaces E. Ávila.
D. Brašanac enters the game and replaces Pablo Ibáñez.
Budimir replaces Avila up front as the Osasuna boss looks to add more physicality to his attack.
Arrasate has clearly seen enough, opting to make a triple substitution. Versatile midfielder Moncayola is the first man on, replacing Ruben Garcia.
Brasanac, meanwhile, is on for Ibanez in the engine room.
58'
Barrios wins a soft free-kick just inside the Osasuna half, as the hosts prepare to make their first changes of the game…
57'
Sanchez is fuming after being denied a free-kick following an apparent block from Gimenez. The home fans are voicing their disapproval following that decision from Rojas, as the game begins to liven up.
54'
Griezmann hammers a right-footed volley high and wide following another swift break from Atleti. The warning signs are certainly there for the hosts, who need to rediscover their composure.
52'
Osasuna are struggling now, gifting possession to Barrios as they attempt to play out from the back. However, the young midfielder's cut-back is too far ahead of Griezmann, and it runs harmlessly behind for a goal-kick.
51'
David Garcia is on hand to clear behind after Molina and De Paul link up on the right. Hermoso then flicks the corner well over the crossbar, but this is a bright spell from the visitors.
49'
De Paul lifts the free-kick towards Hermoso, who looks to nod it across goal for Griezmann. However, Osasuna crowd the forward out to clear the danger.
48'
Griezmann tests Fernandez with a low strike from 18 yards out after holding off several challenges. The Osasuna goalkeeper initially struggled to hold onto the ball with Correa applying pressure, but he eventually clings on.
Atletico win a free-kick in a dangerous position, 25 yards from goal and slightly to the right. Correa did well to steal possession from Moi Gomez, who promptly fouled De Paul.
46'
Y. Carrasco enters the game and replaces T. Lemar.
Atletico have made a switch at the break. Carrasco is on for Lemar as Simeone looks to inject some attacking impetus.
Osasuna get the second half under way! Hopefully we see more of the hosts as an attacking threat in the next 45 minutes.
45' +1
HALF-TIME: OSASUNA 0-0 ATLETICO MADRID
45'
Lemar darts into the box before lifting a cross towards Griezmann at the back post as we enter one minute of additional time. The France international is adjudged to have fouled Aridane as the defender heads behind, and Osasuna escape.
44'
De Paul combines with Correa and Griezmann before being crowded out on the left wing. The Argentina international drives across the box to find Molina, who sees his cross blocked.
43'
Almost a gift for Avila as a weak pass from De Paul nearly lets him in. Molina steps in to avert the danger, and Atletico can clear.
41'
Oblak is finally made to work, but it's a comfortable save. Abde fires a cross towards Avila, who is the only Osasuna man amid a sea of defenders. He chests the ball down for Ibanez, who sees a long-range attempt held by the goalkeeper.
36'
De Paul sees his pass intercepted by Torro before appearing to drag Avila back. The World Cup winner avoids being penalised, and Atleti launch an attack which ends with a throw-in on the right.
35'
Avila is caught offside from Ibanez's ball in behind on the right. Osasuna made two changes to their front three for this game, and it's not quite clicked for them so far, though Abde has been lively on the other flank.
32'
Barrios fires a wild attempt over the crossbar after cutting inside from the left wing. We're yet to see much of him, or any of Atleti's other midfielders, in this contest.
30'
We're 30 minutes into a tight affair at El Sadar, and though Osasuna have shown good approach play, they're yet to find a way to break down their solid visitors.
29'
Avila almost gets in behind! Fernandez's long punt forwards almost puts the Osasuna striker through on goal, but Oblak is alert enough to deal with the danger.
28'
Referee Javier Alberola Rojas finally stops the game amid a chorus of whistles from the home fans after Abde goes down under Lemar's challenge. The Osasuna man was caught in the face, but the incident was innocuous enough, and he's back on his feet.
26'
Now Avila wins a corner for Osasuna on the right flank after some inventive play. Gimenez is on hand to clear, but this game may finally be starting to open up.
24'
Molina wins a corner for Atleti at the other end as his right-wing cross is diverted behind. Griezmann will take it...
23'
Close for Osasuna… but the flag is up! Good midfield play from Ibanez, who steals possession before sliding a pass into Abde's path. The winger looks to cut it back for Avila, but Oblak is on hand to make a close-range block before the offside flag goes up against the Osasuna striker.
21'
Reinildo is fouled as he charges forward after winning possession on the edge of his own area. We've passed the 20-minute mark at El Sadar, and neither team has created a clear-cut chance.
19'
Fernandez gets off his line quickly to dive on the ball as De Paul looks to slip a pass into Correa's path. That was good goalkeeping from the Osasuna man.
18'
Griezmann does well to touch a pass from Gimenez away from his man, darting in behind down the right-hand channel. Under pressure from David Garcia, the Frenchman can only find Fernandez's gloves with his cross, gifting possession back to Osasuna.
16'
Atletico are yet to gain a foothold in this game, with Oblak and Gimenez both finding touch with poor clearances within a matter of moments.
14'
Abde slips a fine ball into the path of Sanchez, who sees his left-wing cross headed clear by Hermoso. Osasuna are enjoying the majority of possession in a low-key opening, but that's the first time they've gotten in behind Atleti.
12'
Osasuna are moving the ball neatly from side to side, with Torro and Gomez heavily involved in midfield. The hosts are clearly brimming with confidence, but Atleti are standing firm, maintaining their shape well.
9'
Osasuna build an attack patiently, pinning Atleti inside their own half. Reinildo is forced to clear Abde's right-footed cross following a fine switch of play from Torro.
7'
Griezmann's poor attempt strikes the wall, before Abde embarks on a brilliant run down the left wing, travelling 70 yards before cutting inside towards goal. Gimenez eventually steals possession, but that was very positive from the Barcelona loanee.
5'
Griezmann is fouled 25 yards from goal in a central position. The France attacker is standing over the free-kick, as is Lemar...
4'
Greizmann – sporting an eye-catching pink haircut – has been heavily involved early on, exchanging passes with De Paul to set Atleti on the attack. However, Moreno did well to cut out a ball intended for Lemar, allowing the hosts to clear.
3'
Osasuna are defending with a very high line here, compressing the play in a scrappy opening, as Griezmann's heavy touch sends the ball through to Fernandez.
1'
The visitors get the ball rolling, and the game is under way!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of Atletico Madrid's trip to El Sadar to face Osasuna in LaLiga!
After exiting the Copa del Rey with Thursday's defeat to rivals Real Madrid, Atletico must bounce back in LaLiga. Just three points separate them in fourth place from Osasuna in seventh, with Jagoba Arrasate's hosts looking to close that gap and boost their unlikely bid for European qualification. Having enjoyed a mixed set of results since returning to action earlier this month, Diego Simeone's visitors need to find some consistency to strengthen their hold on a top-four place.
OSASUNA (4-3-3): Aitor Fernandez; Diego Moreno, David Garcia, Aridane Hernandez, Manu Sanchez; Moi Gomez, Lucas Torro, Pablo Ibanez; Abdessamad Ezzalzouli, Chimy Avila, Ruben Garcia.
OSASUNA SUBS: Sergio Herrera, Juan Cruz, Unai Garcia, Jon Moncayola, Darko Brasanac, Kike Barja, Ante Budimir, Kike Garcia, Aimar Oroz.
ATLETICO MADRID (4-4-2): Jan Oblak; Nahuel Molina, Mario Hermoso, Jose Gimenez, Reinildo; Pablo Barrios, Rodrigo De Paul, Koke, Thomas Lemar; Antoine Griezmann, Angel Correa.
ATLETICO MADRID SUBS: Ivo Grbic, Sergio Reguilon, Geoffrey Kondogbia, Memphis Depay, Saul Niguez, Felipe, Alvaro Morata, Axel Witsel, Yannick Carrasco, Carlos Martin, Marco Moreno.
The players are out and kick-off is just moments away. This could be a big one in the battle for European qualification!
Osasuna started brightly, knowing a win would move them level with Atleti, but have since struggled to break down the visitors' resolute rearguard. Atleti are also in need of attacking inspiration, and it surely won't be long before we see the likes of Depay and Morata. A draw for Atleti would open up the chance for Villarreal to climb above them when they host Rayo Vallecano on Monday.
Atletico finished an even game with 13 shots to their hosts' 14, but their superior quality eventually told in the second half. Simeone's team remain fourth in LaLiga as a result of their victory, four points adrift of third-placed Real Sociedad and three clear of Villarreal in fifth, with the Yellow Submarine not in action until Monday.
We hope you've enjoyed our live coverage of a crucial win for Atletico Madrid. Thanks for joining us, and we'll see you next time!
