It's a lovely spin from Ali in the middle to lose his defender and he drives forward to reach the edge of the D. He takes on the shot himself, curling it towards the top corner, but it's wide.
Qatar are making a late push to try and get another goal back here. Salman lifts a long ball into the box towards Muntari, but he doesn't attack it and Senegal comfortably clear.
Assim Madibo gets yellow.
Earlier in the move, Madibo slid in to win the ball off Dieng, but he took the player out from behind in the process and is shown a yellow card.
P. Ciss gets yellow.
Ciss did get a touch on the ball, but he also clipped Mohammad to stop his breaking run. He's the latest player to go into the book.
That last Senegal goal has knocked the wind out of Qatar and they're struggling to string passes together at the moment. Senegal are knocking it around comfortably and they're in no hurry to get upfield.
B. Dieng has scored a goal for Senegal! Assist by I. Ndiaye.
Ndiaye made the overlapping run down the right and pulled his cross back behind Waad to pick out Dieng.
DIENG SCORES! Senegal have their two-goal cushion back! Sabaly knocks it onto Ndiaye down the right and he pulls it back into the middle. Dieng held his run, losing Khoukhi, before turning his first-time shot past the diving Barsham and into the back of the net. 3-1 Senegal!

Mohammed Muntari has scored a goal for Qatar! Assist by Ismaeel Mohammad.
Nampalys Mendy also goes off for Pape Sarr.
MUNTARI SCORES! Qatar have their first-ever goal at a World Cup! It's a wonderful switch out to Mohammad on the right and he has time to set himself before curling a cross into the middle. Muntari wants it more and he gets above Koulibaly to thump a header past Mendy into the far post. 2-1!
Senegal just didn't spot Mohammad's run down the right and he keeps it in play before getting his head up and spotting Muntari's run.
P. Cissé enters the game and replaces I. Jakobs.
P. Sarr enters the game and replaces N. Mendy.
Final changes for Senegal now. Jakobs, who is on a yellow card, is the first to be taken off, with Cisse replacing him.

Mohammed Muntari enters the game and replaces Hassan Al Haydos.
I. Ndiaye enters the game and replaces I. Sarr.
B. Dieng enters the game and replaces F. Diédhiou.
Qatar are also making a change here, with Muntari coming on for Al Haydos.
Double change for Senegal now. Diedhiou is the first to go off, with Bamba Dieng coming on to replace him.
And Sarr is making way with Ndiaye on in his place.
Afif puts another good free-kick into the far post and Khoukhi peels away to try and volley a cross back into the middle. It hits Diallo and his deflection takes it onto the post and out for a corner, which comes to nothing.
Mohammad makes another good run down the right and he squares a low cross into the middle for Ahmed. He flicks a backheel onto the far post, but none of his team-mates are behind him.
Abdulaziz Hatem enters the game and replaces Karim Boudiaf.
Qatar are making their first change now, and it's Boudiaf that's taken off for Hatem.
Qatar are still in possession here as they look to work it through Senegal. Afif spreads it out to Boudiaf on the right, but his cross is just too high for his team-mates in the middle.
P. Ciss enters the game and replaces K. Diatta.
Senegal are making the first change of the game, and it's Diatta that's taken off, with Ciss on in his place.
It's Senegal's first real chance to move the ball upfield since scoring the second goal and Sarr makes a good run down the right. He squares it towards Dia at the near post, but Khoukhi slides in to take it off him.
It's Afif that curls the free-kick into the box and there's a bit of a scramble to get on the end of it. It hits Diallo and bounces to Hassan, but Ali gets in his way, and his poked shot hits Koulibaly.
It's better from Qatar here as Al Haydos sweeps it out to Mohammad on the right. Once again, he takes a hit from Jakobs, and he wins a free-kick in a good position.
I. Jakobs gets yellow.
Jakobs turns to block Mohammad's run and catches him with a flailing elbow to the face. He's protesting his innocence, but he's booked for it.

F. Diédhiou has scored a goal for Senegal! Assist by I. Jakobs.
DIEDHIOU SCORES! Senegal win a corner and it's a good delivery from Jakobs. Diedhiou makes the run to the near post on the edge of the six-yard box, and he stoops before flicking his header over Barsham and into the far top corner. 2-0 Senegal!
The set-piece deliveries for Senegal in the first half weren't great by Senegal, but Jakobs gets it right this time as he whips it into Diedhiou.
Qatar get us back underway for the second half!
HALF-TIME: QATAR 0-1 SENEGAL
Boudiaf drags the ball away from Gueye before playing a lovely switch out to Madibo on the left. He cuts inside and there's a bit of a mix-up between Koulibaly and Edouard Mendy as Qatar win a corner, but it comes to nothing.
Homam Ahmed gets yellow.
Ahmed steps across Sabaly to stop him from playing it upfield and catches the right-back. He's shown a yellow card.
Qatar just can't get a touch on the ball at the moment as Senegal push to get a second before half-time. Jakobs goes for the big switch this time, looking for Gueye down the right, but he gets too much on it.
B. Dia has scored a goal for Senegal!
DIA SCORES! And it's a moment to forget for Khoukhi! Diatta swings a cross in from the left and Khoukhi loses his footing as he tries to clear his lines. The ball bounces up off his hip and drops kindly for Dia, who rolls it past Barsham to put Senegal 1-0 up!
Still, Senegal dominate possession, but they're struggling to find a way through Qatar. The hosts are closing them down quicker now and looking to put them under pressure.
Barsham tries to be clever on the ball outside his box but gets it wrong and gifts the ball to Sarr. He looks for Nampalys Mendy on the edge of the box, but Khoukhi makes up for the error by hooking it away.
Senegal break quickly this time, and it goes through Diatta down the left again. He squares it into the middle looking for Dia, but Diedhiou's touch takes it past him and Hassan puts his foot through it.
It's a promising move from Qatar this time, as Afif is played in on the edge of the box. He's looking to open an angle for a shot when he's clumsily taken down by Sarr, and the hosts are asking for a penalty that isn't given.
B. Dia gets yellow.
Dia clips Ahmed's heels with a late challenge and goes into the referee's book for it.
Edouard Mendy goes long with his clearance and Sarr beats Barsham to it on the edge of the box. A heavy first touch gets away from him, though, and allows Miguel to nod it back to his keeper.
Barsham goes long to pick out Hassan, who drives through the middle. He's a long way out when he takes the shot and it's always rising. It did take a slight deflection off Diallo on the way through, but a goal-kick is given.
Ali misjudges the bounce and handballs it, giving Senegal a free-kick on the right. Jakobs swings the cross into the box, but Khoukhi goes down off the ball and wins the foul.
Ismaeel Mohammad gets yellow.
It's a poor challenge from Mohammad as he slides in on Nampalys Mendy from behind. He gets the ball but takes out the player, and it earns him the first booking of the game.
The corner comes into the box for Senegal and Barsham rushes off his line but gets nowhere near the cross. It comes off Diedhiou's head in the middle, but he glances his header wide of the far post.
Qatar win a free-kick on the left and Al Haydos rolls it to Afif so he can float it into the far post. It's too high for Ali, though the hosts keep it alive before it falls to Afif on the edge of the box. He gets caught under the volley and fires it high over the bar.
Qatar just can't get out of their own half at the moment as another attempted counter-attack comes to an early end. They work it through Diatta down the left again, but he can't find a way into the box.
Qatar win it back deep in their own half and Afif has the chance to break down the left. He surges forward before trying to feed it into Boudiaf, but Jakobs steps in with an important block.
Qatar are happy to sit back in their own half at the moment as they allow Senegal to keep possession in front of them. Koulibaly eventually decides to go long, but can't pick out Diatta.
Sarr has switched out to the right, and he makes a weaving run past Ahmed as he cuts inside, before turning past Madibo as well. He tries his luck from a tight angle at the near post but hits the side netting.
It's Senegal with all of the possession in the opening minutes here and they're patiently working it upfield. Sarr goes for the big switch out to Diatta on the right, but Hassan sees it out of play.

The teams are out on the pitch, the national anthems have been sung, and kick-off is just moments away!
Both teams are already playing catch-up after losing their opening group games, and need a win today to keep themselves in contention for a knockout place. Qatar became the first host nation to lose their opening game at a World Cup after their 2-0 defeat to Ecuador on Sunday, and didn't manage a single shot on target in that match. Senegal were also on the receiving end of a 2-0 loss against Netherlands on Monday after conceding two late goals.
Cisse will be pleased with his side's performance so far and will be looking for them to secure the win with a quick start in the second half. Qatar are still looking for their first shot on target in the World Cup, and they'll know they need to improve in the final third if they want to avoid possibly being knocked out of the tournament.
That's all for today, goodbye!
Senegal get three points on the board going into the final group game, but Qatar will have a keen eye on the later match as they could be eliminated if Netherlands avoid defeat. The hosts will finish their group campaign against the Dutch, while Senegal face Ecuador.
