Mane lashes out at Azpilicueta in frustration and is shown a late yellow card.
90' +3
Liverpool win a second corner in the space of a minute, this time from the right. It is aimed towards Van Dijk and cleared as far as Salah, who fails to properly connect with his shot.
90' +2
Rudiger stands firm to stop Mane running in behind. Liverpool have a corner that is cleared away by a player in blue.
90' +1
Four minutes have been added on at Stamford Bridge. Liverpool are badly struggling to create much of anything.
90'
R. James enters the game and replaces O. Giroud.
James is on for Giroud in the last of Chelsea's changes.
Chelsea form a brick wall on the edge of their box to prevent Salah from poking the ball through for a team-mate. Firmino is then penalised for a foul on Alonso.
89'
Chelsea have already lost Kovacic and Willian to injury today. Rudiger is the latest player to go down, but it appears to only be cramp he is suffering from and he will be able to play on.
88'
Gilmour makes Fabinho look silly with a great piece of skill, before playing in Giroud. The World Cup-winning striker's shot is off target.
86'
Mount has Giroud to his right but decides to take on the shot, despite the angle being against him. He blasts into the stands and it is fair to say Giroud is not happy.
85'
Liverpool had five shots on target in the first half but have yet to test Kepa in the second period. It has been another below-par showing from Klopp's men, who are on the brink of a third defeat in four matches.
Minute
Description
84'
WIDE! Robertson's set-piece delivery is met by the head of Firmino. He tries to guide it into the bottom-left corner, but Kepa is happy to watch on as the ball drops wide of the target.
82'
Liverpool are not exactly throwing the kitchen sink at their opponents. Chelsea are calmly knocking the ball around and are cruising into the quarter-finals as things stand.
80'
Mohamed Salah enters the game and replaces A. Lallana.
Salah is on for Lallana in the third of Liverpool's changes. Mane, Firmino and Salah are now all on the field.
79'
Alonso is played in on the overlap. He tries to feed the ball to Pedro but Milner gets back to make a sliding interception.
78'
Chelsea have had a couple of chances to kill off the tie for good. Pedro and Giroud's failure to convert means that, with around 15 minutes to go, Liverpool are not quite out of the cup just yet.
76'
J. Milner gets yellow.
Pedro leads the Chelsea counter and is taken out by Milner for a clear yellow card.
That was a sublime save from Adrian to keep Liverpool in the contest - talk about having a mixed game! Liverpool get forward and win a corner, which is dealt with at the front post.
74'
Williams gets his cross all wrong as another Liverpool attack concludes with no end product. Chelsea are starting to sit deep but are inviting a little too much pressure on themselves.
71'
Gomez is well off target with his effort. Liverpool are starting to look a little desperate.
70'
J. Milner enters the game and replaces C. Jones.
Roberto Firmino enters the game and replaces D. Origi.
Jones leaves the field and Milner comes on as Klopp makes a double substitution.
Firmino is on for Origi in the first of Liverpool's changes.
68'
Klopp has seen enough - he is about to make a double substitution.
66'
Adrian did not cover himself in glory with his attempt to keep out Barkley's shot, but credit to the Chelsea midfielder for driving forward and trusting his ability to find the net. Lampard's men now have some breathing space.
64'
R. Barkley has scored a goal for Chelsea!
GOOOOAAAAALLLLL!!!!! CHELSEA 2-0 LIVERPOOL!!! Barkley doubles Chelsea's lead with a fantastic individual effort! He picks up the ball five yards inside his own half, drives forward and hammers a shot past Adrian from range.
61'
Fabinho gets yellow.
Mount recovers possession just outside the Liverpool box and is taken out by Fabinho, who is shown a yellow card. Liverpool's players are furious with the referee as they felt Mane was fouled a minute or so beforehand.
60'
The home side win a free-kick 30 yards from goal. Rather than shooting, Mount floats it towards the edge of the six-yard box and Van Dijk gets his head to it first.
59'
It is Chelsea's turn to get forward, pretty much for the first time this half, but Barkley takes too long on the ball and Liverpool get bodies around him.
58'
Robertson sticks the ball into a dangerous area. It runs through for Lallana, but he is unable to pick out a team-mate with the cutback. This is a good spell from Liverpool.
57'
Jones carries the ball forward and slips in Robertson down the left. The full-back cuts it back for Minamino but the shot is blocked, as is the follow-up.
53'
The second half has not really got going so far, not helped by the Willian injury stoppage. Klopp must surely be tempted to turn to either Salah or Firmino.
51'
Jorginho enters the game and replaces Willian.
Willian becomes the second Chelsea player to hobble off with an injury. Jorginho is brought on in his place.
50'
Origi has the chance to shoot after cutting inside but wants an extra touch and overruns it. The visitors are the side asking more of the questions as they search for an equalising goal.
48'
It has been a pretty sloppy start to the second half, with neither side able to keep their foot on the ball. The onus is on Liverpool to score the next goal of the tie.
46'
RESTART! Chelsea get us back under way at Stamford Bridge, where neither manager made any changes at the interval.
45' +2
HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 1-0 LIVERPOOL
45' +1
Willian toys with Jones before passing to Rudiger. The defender swings in a cross that is headed wide by Giroud.
45'
Two minutes have been added on at the end of the first half.
44'
Mount plays the ball inside to Giroud, who is unable to bring it under control. Chelsea have been a little disjointed in the attacking third in the last 15 minutes.
42'
M. Mount enters the game and replaces M. Kovačić.
Mount comes on for the injured Kovacic with three minutes of the first half left to play.
39'
OVER! Van Dijk nods down a cross and Zouma does well to clear it behind for a corner. The set-piece falls nicely for Origi to hit, but he is unable to keep the first-time shot on target.
37'
With around 10 minutes of the first half still to go, there has been a total of 18 shots at Stamford Bridge - exactly half of those on target. Liverpool have edged possession and will argue they should be on level terms.
35'
Barkley slices over from the resulting corner. The game has become very end-to-end once again as Kovacic's drive is blocked.
34'
Willian's low cross is not dealt with by Van Dijk, but Williams does very well to get to it ahead of Giroud a few yards from goal. The Chelsea striker should have gambled and got in front of Williams.
32'
ANOTHER KEPA SAVE! Mane wriggles away from a few players and gets away a shot that Kepa is equal to. The loose ball falls to Williams, who is effectively playing as a right-sided forward, but he miscues the awkward chance.
31'
Willian is frustratingly flagged for offside when picked out by Barkley's disguised pass. Barkley should have taken on the shot instead.
30'
Williams' effort is well off target. However, Liverpool are looking the side more likely to score the game's second goal on the basis of the last 10 minutes.
28'
SHOT! Giroud does what he does best by peeling off Gomez and nodding down a floated pass into the path of Kovacic. The midfielder's edge-of-the-box shot is weak and Adrian is this time able to make the save.
26'
Those three Kepa saves came in the space of four seconds. Liverpool are now knocking the ball around, with the tempo of Chelsea's play dropping a fair bit since Alonso came close to scoring a second from a free-kick.
24'
Liverpool have been second best on the whole but they have grown into the contest over the last few minutes. Klopp will wonder how his side are not level following that triple save from Kepa.
18'
Alonso lifts the free-kick up and over the wall, but it has a little too much swerve on it and skims the side-netting on its way through.
17'
Liverpool are struggling to cope with Chelsea, who are well up for this one. Barkley drives forward and is fouled by England international team-mate Lallana, meaning a free-kick for Chelsea 25 yards from goal.
15'
Fabinho gave away possession in the build-up to Willian's goal, which will give Adrian nightmares. Chelsea have really got at their opponents and are not stopping at one goal - they clearly want a second.
13'
Willian has scored a goal for Chelsea!
GOOOOOAAAAALLLLL!!!! CHELSEA 1-0 LIVERPOOL!!!! Adrian made a superb save to deny Willian a minute ago, but he is caught out by the Chelsea forward's powerful drive from outside the box. Liverpool's back-up keeper allows the ball to sneak through him and into the net - what a shocker!
11'
GOOD EFFORT! Chelsea work the ball out from the back and Willian switches play to Pedro, who is too casual with his pass and gives away possession. The hosts come forward again and Barkley's 30-yard drive is parried by Adrian.
10'
PENALTY SHOUT! Mane flings himself at Origi's left-sided cross inside the six-yard box. He is unable to make any connection with it but claims he was shoved by Alonso. The referee waves away his half-hearted appeals.
8'
NEARLY! Much better from Chelsea, who have managed to wake themselves up. Azpilicueta flicks on a corner and the ball drops just wide of the far post.
7'
Liverpool have undoubtedly started the game on top, showing no signs of a hangover from the weekend. Chelsea have sloppily given away possession twice inside their own half in the early stages. The hosts are nearly in behind, but Pedro's poor touch allows Williams to slide in.
5'
EARLY SAVE! Rudiger blasts the ball straight at Minamino. Lallana takes advantage down the left and picks out Mane with his cross, but the Senegal international's shot lacks the power to beat Kepa.
4'
Liverpool win the first corner of the match as they build some sustained pressure. It is worked to Robertson and his cross into the box is gathered by Kepa.
3'
Zouma gives away possession and Mane tries to capitalise. The ball is fed to Williams, who sends in a delightful cross, but Chelsea just about manage to clear their lines. It has been a shaky start from the hosts.

KICK-OFF! Liverpool, aiming to quickly respond to Saturday's shock Premier League loss against Watford, get us up and running at Stamford Bridge.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the FA Cup fifth-round tie between Chelsea and Liverpool at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea made light work of Championship sides Nottingham Forest and Hull City in the previous two rounds, but this will be a far tougher test in what is a repeat of the 2012 final, which the Blues won 2-1. Frank Lampard's men have struggled for form in recent weeks, winning just two of their last eight games in all competitions, and need to respond today if they are to prevent their campaign from crumbling.
CHELSEA XI (4-3-3): Kepa Arrizabalaga; Cesar Azpilicueta (c), Antonio Rudiger, Kurt Zouma, Marcos Alonso; Mateo Kovacic, Billy Gilmour, Ross Barkley; Willian, Olivier Giroud, Pedro.
Subs: Andy Lonergan, Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah, Pedro Chirivella, James Milner, Joel Matip, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
LIVERPOOL XI (4-3-3): Adrian; Neco Williams, Joe Gomez, Virgil van Dijk, Andy Robertson; Adam Lallana, Fabinho, Curtis Jones; Takumi Minamino, Sadio Mane, Divock Origi.
Liverpool have lost two of their last three matches in all competitions, going down 1-0 to Atletico Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie and losing 3-0 at Watford on Sunday - their first Premier League defeat of the season. Jurgen Klopp fielded weakened sides against Everton and Shrewsbury Town in rounds three and four of the FA Cup, but those recent losses have placed added importance on this tie.
The teams are coming out onto the pitch at Stamford Bridge, with kick-off just moments away.
Lampard's men managed 11 shots in that first half, four of those on target, compared to nine and five respectively for Liverpool. The visitors trail but they deserved a goal in the opening 45 minutes and still have both Salah and Firmino among their subs - could we see one, or indeed both, of those players for the start of the second half?
That's all for today's live coverage. Thanks for joining!
Liverpool have now lost three of their last four games in all competitions and need to quickly pick themselves up ahead of Saturday's visit of Bournemouth in the Premier League. As for Chelsea, who are in the hat for Wednesday's draw, they host Everton on their return to top-flight action five days from now.
