Bissouma, a late addition to the starting line-up, shifts the ball onto his right but sends a powerful shot over the crossbar from 20 yards. That will likely be the last attempt of the contest.
90'
These final 10 minutes have certainly been action-packed, with both sides coming close to snatching a late winner. Brighton are the side currently pressing but they have not created anything since Andone blasted wide from a good position.
88'
WIDE! Hughes does well to get a shot away, with the ball going through the legs of Bong but hitting the side-netting. From the next attack, Andone's first-time shot from inside the box flies wide following a cut-back from March.
85'
It is getting pretty frantic out there now. Watford put together a rare attack and appeal for a penalty. Gray delays the shot and is then denied by the face of Dunk, who manages to trap the ball between his legs before clearing it.
83'
Locadia snatches at his shot, which trickles wide of the far post. Moments later, Gross gets a shot away which is brilliantly blocked by Mariappa. Bodies on the line time for the visitors!
81'
Domingos Quina enters the game and replaces K. Sema.
It is backs-to-the-wall stuff from Watford now, having been penned in over the last 10 or 15 minutes. Gracia turns to his bench, bringing on Quina for Sema.
80'
ANOTHER FOSTER SAVE! Brighton are starting to turn the screw now as we enter the final 10 minutes. Duffy attempts an audacious overhead kick once picked out by central-defensive team-mate Dunk, but Foster gets across to the far post to block the ball with his leg.
79'
GOOD SAVE FROM FOSTER! Moments after Locadia's shot went out for a throw-in - it really was that bad - the ball is sent back into the Watford area. Locadia gets his head to it, flicking the ball on target for a back-pedalling Foster to tip over his crossbar.
77'
Foster comes a long way to punch Gross' free-kick clear. The keeper is 16 yards from goal when he gets a touch to the ball, and the referee spots contact on him as a free-kick is now awarded in Watford's favour.
Minute
Description
75'
Locadia latches onto the loose ball but Janmaat cleanly wins it back when diving in. Brighton appeared to be building some momentum but the offside flag goes up.
74'
Some clumsy defending from Cleverley leads to another corner being won by Brighton. The ball drops in the box but Watford again do enough to clear it away, with Cathcart booting away Duffy's header.
72'
F. Andone enters the game and replaces G. Murray.
Murray came as close as anyone to opening the scoring a few minutes ago, but he has run his course. Andone is on for the final 18 minutes to potentially offer the hosts something a little different up top.
70'
A. Gray enters the game and replaces Deulofeu.
Deulofeu, who has not really had much of an impact on the match, is the man to make way for Gray. Two strikers up top for Watford now.
69'
CHANCE FOR MURRAY! A flowing Brighton move ends with a free-kick being won. Gross delivers it to the edge of the six-yard box and Murray heads it over. That is another half-decent opportunity for the hosts, with Dunk also flying in to meet the delivery behind Murray.
67'
Watford are about to introduce Gray for the final quarter of the match. Brighton are edging things in terms of possession and shots, but none of their opportunities have exactly been clear-cut.
65'
More than an hour played at the Amex Stadium and, despite the goalless nature of the match so far, neither manager has budged in terms of turning to their respective benches. Brighton may have stepped things up slightly since the restart, but they do not exactly deserve a breakthrough goal.
63'
March, the liveliest player on the field, works the shooting angle and sends a deflected effort wide of the post. Brighton once again fail to make the most of the corner, though, as Watford stand firm.
62'
Brighton have failed to score in their last two home games in all competitions. They last failed to find the net in three in a row at the Amex Stadium in January 2016.
60'
OVER! Better from Sema, who attacks the ball well when it is played into the middle by Janmaat. Under pressure from Montoya, the Watford man cannot keep his header down.
58'
Watford have players over as the ball is fed to Sema, but his cross from a left-sided position in the box is lifted over Deeney and just about everyone else. Terrible!
57'
FIRST SAVE FOR RYAN! Watford get in their first shot on target of the match through Hughes. The midfielder works some space and attempts to pick out the corner with his long-ranger, but it lacks power and Ryan has an easy save to make.
56'
POOR ATTEMPT! Mariappa defends the danger, albeit at the expense of a corner. Brighton work the set-piece well and Gross pulls it back for Bong, who smashes it high over the bar from 20 yards. In a game of few chances, that has to go down as a decent opportunity.
54'
March bursts clear of Holebas on the right and sends a delightful cross towards the edge of the six-yard box, which Janmaat gets to ahead of Murray. The Brighton striker is lurking at the back post but cannot get to it - he had to gamble and move towards the front post.
52'
A pass from Holebas travels 50 yards up the field and is gathered by Ryan in the Brighton goal. It is fair to say that a change is required if either side are going to win this match.
51'
Murray is trying his best to make something happen, but Watford's defenders clear their lines. The hosts have definitely started this second half with a lot more tempo to their game, though they are still looking bereft of any real attacking ideas.
49'
The corner is an awkward one for Foster, who can only palm it out of play under pressure from a few players. The referee blows for an infringement, however, so Brighton will not have the chance to send in another set-piece.
47'
Albion have come out for the second half a little more fired up. Cathcart keeps pace with March and knocks the ball out of play for a corner.
46'
Brighton, looking to end a three-match losing run in the top flight, get us back underway at the Amex Stadium!
45'
HALF-TIME: BRIGHTON 0-0 WATFORD
44'
Bissouma is caught by Capoue and goes to ground. There was not enough in it for the referee to reach into his pocket, though, and the Brighton player looks as though he will be fine to continue without the need of any treatment.
42'
Watford, having survived a little scare through Foster's save on Locadia, are back on top in terms of possession. You have to wonder at this stage whether Javi Gracia would see a draw as a point gained or two points dropped?...
40'
Brighton, with a bit of momentum on their side at long last, play the corner short but it is intercepted by Deulofeu. Poor from the home side!
39'
SAVE! Foster makes the first save of the match by clawing away Locadia's header at his front post. The Dutch winger manages to get above compatriot Janmaat to meet the cross from Gross but cannot quite pick out the top corner.
37'
Bissouma does well to get the ball into the box but Foster, given little to do so far today, gathers with ease. The game is crying out for a goal, with both teams struggling to create much of anything when they commit bodies forward.
35'
PENALTY SHOUT! Duffy wants a penalty after being sent to the ground by Cathcart. The Brighton defender appeared to lose his balance more than anything, however, and the referee does not feel it is worthy of a spot kick.
33'
D. Pröpper gets yellow.
A few challenges have gone unpunished so far but the referee Simon Hooper goes into his pocket on this occasion. Propper is the man to enter the book for hauling down Sema, who was trying to break away.
31'
Duffy plays the ball straight to Deulofeu about 35 yards from goal but Watford cannot make the most of the opportunity. The hosts, lacking any real creativity, attack down the right through March and earn a corner as Holebas gets across to knock it behind.
29'
CLOSE! This is the closest we have come to a breakthrough goal, as Dunk heads Propper's deep free-kick delivery a yard or so wide of Foster's post. Holebas needlessly gave the set-piece away and was fortunate not to be booked by the referee.
27'
Nearly half an hour has been played at the Amex Stadium and we are still awaiting the game's first shot on target. Watford have had plenty of lively moments but four of the five off-target efforts have come via Brighton players.
25'
Locadia shows good strength to power away from Hughes. He has Bong to his left and a couple of players coming up to join him to his right, but the opportunity to shoot proves too much and he sends a shot well over the crossbar from range.
23'
DRAGGED WIDE! Holebas clatters into his opponents to concede a needless free-kick, which is only half dealt with. The ball makes its way to Gross on the edge of the box but, under pressure from a couple of players, he drags wide from 20 yards.
21'
The ball drops for Bissouma to strike, and strike it he does... 10 yards over the crossbar! A terrible effort from the midfielder, who was added to Brighton's starting line-up late on.
19'
Superb footwork from March to get away from a couple of players, but Cathcart covers well to halt the midfielder's run inside the box.
18'
WIDE! Janmaat has the freedom of the right-hand side as he sends in another cross, which Deeney does well to meet. The striker makes a late run into the box but cannot guide his header on target from around 14 yards out.
15'
Murray is flagged for offside when trying to peel away from his marker. The Brighton striker has had just four touches of the ball so far.
14'
The Brighton supporters are urging their side on following a slow-tempo start to the match. No shots on or off target in the opening 14 minutes - things can surely only get better!
12'
The visitors have seen 60 per cent of the ball in the opening 12 minutes, without really doing a great deal with it. Brighton's defence is looking compact, but Hughton will want to see more attacking threat from his side the longer this one goes on.
10'
Watford are playing some nice football in these early stages, not afraid to switch the ball when they get a chance to. Janmaat is found in space but his cross is cleared away by Montoya before Sema can make contact.
8'
Bong is picked out on the overlap by Locadia and in turn finds March, who fires the ball into the ground and over the crossbar. The ball had already gone out of play before Locadia had delivered the cross, though, so it would not have counted anyway.
6'
Bissouma gives possession away and grapples Kapoue to the ground to prevent the Watford man from bursting clear. The referee Simon Hooper is five yards away but decides against going into his pocket.
5'
Deulofeu exchanges passes with Janmaat towards the right but the latter's cross is cleared. Watford are patiently probing away in the attacking third in search of an early opener.
3'
Brighton have seen far less of the ball in the opening stages, but a quick switch of play almost leads to March being picked out in space. A good interception from Holebas prevents that from happening.
1'
Watford get us underway at the Amex Stadium!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Premier League meeting between Brighton and Hove Albion and Watford at the Amex Stadium.
Brighton have lost three league matches in a row, most recently throwing away a two-goal lead to lose 4-2 at strugglers Fulham, and they are at risk of being dragged into a fight for survival if this run continues for much longer. Watford have endured a mixed run of form over the past month, meanwhile, having drawn three, won one and lost one of their last five top-flight games.
BRIGHTON XI (4-3-3): Mat Ryan; Martin Montoya, Shane Duffy, Lewis Dunk (c), Gaetan Bong; Pascal Gross, Dale Stephens, Davy Propper; Solly March, Glenn Murray, Jurgen Locadia.
WATFORD XI (4-4-2): Ben Foster; Daryl Janmaat, Adrian Mariappa, Craig Cathcart, Jose Holebas; Will Hughes, Tom Cleverley, Etienne Capoue, Ken Sema; Gerard Deulofeu, Troy Deeney (c).
Brighton subs: Yves Bissouma, Leon Balogun, David Button, Beram Kayal, Alireza Jahanbakhsh, Florin Andone, Anthony Knockaert.
Watford subs: Nathaniel Chalobah, Adalberto Penaranda, Domingos Quina, Adam Masina, Andre Gray, Heurelho Gomes, Miguel Britos.
The two teams are now out on the field at the Amex Stadium and we are moments away from kick-off. Brighton head into this game sitting 13th in the Premier League, seven points above the relegation zone, while opponents Watford are seven points better off in ninth. The visitors could climb as high as seventh today with victory.
The sides go into half-time level at 0-0 following a pretty poor opening 45 minutes at the Amex Stadium. There was just one real chance of note - Brighton winger Locadia having a header kept out by Foster near the end of the half - and that aside neither team has managed to create much of anything.
Deeney sent a header wide from 15 yards from Watford's best opening, while Gross and Dunk were wayward with their efforts at the other end of the field. Both teams could do with a lift for the start of the second half, so do not rule out a change or two being made at the interval.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
Brighton have at least ended their three-match losing streak with this draw, which leaves them eight points above the relegation zone. Next up for Hughton's men is an FA Cup replay with West Bromwich Albion on Wednesday, before hosting Burnley next weekend. Watford, meanwhile, host Marco Silva's Everton in seven days' time.
