70'
L. Rémy has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by E. Hazard.
GOOOOOAALLLL!! Chelsea complete the comeback as Remy makes it 2-1 at Stamford Bridge! Hazard glides through the middle of the pitch and drops the ball back to the French striker, who drives a low shot from outside the box past Mannone, who should have done better.
68'
Larsson gets too much height on his effort as the ball flies well over the Chelsea wall and into the crowd behind Cech. The Blues goalkeeper is quick to collect the ball and start off another attack towards the Black Cats.
66'
Matic catches Johnson in the middle of the park and leads to Sunderland winning a free-kick. Larsson is standing over it at the moment and this is a great chance for the visitors to move back in front.
65'
Rodwell plays in Jones and the Sunderland right-back powers in a good cross looking towards Wickham and Fletcher, but Cahill stoops down well to head away the danger at the near post.

The officials have indicated that there will be three additional minutes added onto the first half as Chelsea push forward looking for another goal before the interval.
44'
L. Rémy enters the game and replaces J. Cuadrado.
Having lit up Serie A during his time with Fiorentina, Cuadrado has struggled to hit the ground running since joining Chelsea. It's a shame to see him come off so early on in this game after winning the penalty for the Blues and looking bright down the right-hand side for the majority of the first half.
42'
J. Cuadrado gets yellow.
Chelsea are surprisingly set to make their second substitution in this first half as Cuadrado heads towards the dugout with an injury concern. Former Newcastle United man Loic Remy is about to come on in his place.

It looks like it's the end of the road for Drogba as the fourth official holds up his board with the Ivory Coast man's number on, with Diego Costa coming on to replace him. The striker's team-mates carry him off to a standing ovation from Stamford Bridge.
27'
Having had to deal with waves of pressure from Chelsea at the start of the match, Sunderland have grown into this game in the last 10 minutes or so and thoroughly deserve their lead after a lovely corner from Johnson.

19'
CHANCE! Defoe slips in Van Aanholt surging forward from left-back in behind Ivanovic but he drills his shot agonisingly well wide of Cech between the Chelsea sticks from inside the box. A good break from Sunderland nonetheless.
17'
Chelsea are still looking the more likely to break the deadlock but Sunderland have defended well and just need to keep hold of possession a little bit better in order to trouble the hosts more.
15'
Hazard surges forward on the counter-attack and feeds in Ivanovic, who falls down inside the penalty area under a challenge from Larsson. The referee waves away Chelsea's protests and replays show that he was correct to do so.
13'
CHANCE! Larsson powers a good free-kick over the Chelsea wall and forces a strong save from Cech, who guides the ball away from goal with both hands and out for a Sunderland corner.

8'
Hazard sweeps in a strong-looking cross towards the head of Drogba but Mannone rushes off his line and smothers the ball. Fans alike having been crying out for the Belgian star to play more centrally in recent weeks and it looks as though Mourinho has obliged today, with Willian operating on the left flank in these early stages.
6'
Hazard floats inside from the left flank towards the centre of the pitch and plays a good through ball looking for Drogba, but Coates slides in to prevent it from doing so tremendously well. It's all Chelsea at the moment!
4'
ALMOST! Cuadrado turns Larsson inside out down the right-hand side and drills a lovely low cross towards Drogba, who forces a great save from Mannone inside the six-yard box. The Italian brilliantly denies the legendary Chelsea forward from putting the hosts in front.
2'
It's a carnival atmosphere inside Stamford Bridge today, with both teams having plenty of reasons to celebrate having completed their objectives set out at the start of the campaign. Chelsea are in control of possession at this moment in time and have a corner.

Chelsea get us under way here at Stamford Bridge. The man in charge of the cards for today's affair is Lee Mason.
Good afternoon and welcome to our LIVE text commentary of today's fixture between Chelsea and Sunderland at Stamford Bridge, on the last day of the 2014/15 Premier League season. I'm Matthew Judge and I will be your host for the match, which kicks off in around 35 minutes time.
Thanks to earning a crucial point away from home against Arsenal in midweek, in a game which could have been nervy Sunderland are instead travelling to the home of the Premier League champions in Chelsea in good spirits, having secured their top flight status for another season.
For Chelsea, on the other hand, they'll be hoping to produce a strong display in their last home match of the season, before their skipper John Terry gets his hands on the famous Premier League crown. The Blues lost 3-0 against West Brom last time out, though, and they haven't lost back-to-back Premier League games under Jose Mourinho since May 2006.
TEAM NEWS: Dick Advocaat has made just three alterations to the Sunderland outfit which started the Black Cats' last match against Arsenal on Wednesday, with Vito Mannone, Jack Rodwell and Steven Fletcher all coming in to face Chelsea from the get-go.
TEAM NEWS: Jose Mourinho has made six changes to the Chelsea side which started against West Brom in the Blues' last league outing, with Didier Drogba coming in as captain with Petr Cech starting in what could be their last games for the club.
We aren't too far away from kick-off here at Stamford Bridge. Taking a look back both Chelsea and Sunderland's respective records when it comes to final day fixtures, the Blues have ended their last three league campaigns with 2-1 victories, while the Black Cats have only won one of their last 13.
The players are stripped and raring to go as they leave the tunnel and enter the pitch here at Stamford Bridge, with Sunderland forming a guard of honour for the champions Chelsea. In this fixture last season, the Black Cats came away with a 2-1 win thanks to a Fabio Borini penalty.
HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 1-1 SUNDERLAND
Both sets of players head towards the tunnel here at Stamford Bridge with the two sides locked level on the scoreboard. Sunderland took the lead first thanks to Steven Fletcher's fifth goal of the season, before substitute Diego Costa levelled up things from the spot 11 minutes later.
Chelsea have been forced to make two early changes with Didier Drogba and Juan Cuadrado both picking up injuries in the first half. Other than that it has been a positive opening 45 minutes for Sunderland, who - besides giving away a penalty - have defended well and conjured up a couple of good combination moves in the final third.
FULL-TIME: CHELSEA 3-1 SUNDERLAND
A second-half brace from Loic Remy helps Chelsea come back from a goal down to win 3-1 against Sunderland, in their final home match of their title-winning season. The Blues are now eagerly awaiting the Premier League trophy to come out.
Steven Fletcher headed Sunderland into the lead after 26 minutes before a Diego Costa penalty levelled the game 11 minutes later. Juan Cuadrado, the man who won Chelsea the penalty, was replaced by Loic Remy just before the break and the French forward scored twice in the second half to hand Jose Mourinho's men another three points.
With Hull City's relegation from the Premier League confirmed in the last few moments, the 2014/15 table sees Sunderland finish 16th and one place behind bitter rivals Newcastle, who beat West Ham 2-0 to secure their top flight status today.
Chelsea have finished the campaign on 87 points and eight points clear of second-placed Manchester City. The Blues have been by far the best side in England this season, also lifting the Capital One Cup, and are now set to lift the Premier League title in the coming minutes.
That's all from me, Matthew Judge, and it has been a great pleasure talking you through all of today's action at Stamford Bridge. Congratulations to both Chelsea and Sunderland. We hope to see you again next season. Take care!
The Black Cats are unbeaten in their last four Premier League games, winning two, and manager Dick Advocaat will be hoping to make another good impression at Stamford Bridge today in front of Sunderland's travelling support, with the club having offered him a contract to stay on permanently next season.
