That corner leads to another and then a Baggies throw but Suttner clears again downfield and the referee blows for full-time!
90' +3
Close for the Baggies! A late chance for Morrison goes begging as he scuffs a through ball wide to the left. That should be that - but then Suttner puts another ball out for a corner.
90' +1
G. Murray gets yellow.
A second booking for Brighton now, as Murray is shown a card for a foul.
90'
Five minutes of added time at the Amex, as Barry pushes a loping cross wide to the right from the left of the box.
88'
S. March gets yellow.
A booking for Brighton's March now, as he makes a dive near the West Brom box following a counter-attack. The referee goes straight to his pocket and the player doesn't argue.
87'
Barry chances his aim from twenty-five yards out after a weave between defenders, but it goes wide and high to the left. Time running out for West Brom.
85'
It's been all one-way-traffic over the past fifteen minutes in favour of West Brom - not too dissimilar to how Brighton controlled the latter stages of the first half. No sign of a follow-up goal yet though - so it looks like Morrison's score may end up just helping to flatter the scoreline.
83'
G. Murray enters the game and replaces T. Hemed.
Hemed - the second goal-scorer of the afternoon for the hosts - is subbed from the field for Glenn Murray in another Brighton change that helps to wind down the clock.
81'
Krychowiak is fouled thirty-five yards out and earns a free-kick for West Brom dead centre. They choose to play it right rather than attempt a screamer, and the Seagulls are able to push them back and then left and out for a goal kick.
79'
Nyom's attempted right side cross takes a bounce out and West Brom have a corner on the right. It tumbles into the box and after a bit of a kerfuffle, Brighton manage to clear it away to safety.

J. Morrison has scored a goal for West Bromwich Albion! Assist by O. Burke.
Assist Oliver Burke
MORRISON FOR THE BAGGIES! West Brom finally make that spell of pressure pay as the substitute strikes from six yards out off a header from Burke. Consolation or comeback?
76'
The corner comes back to Nyom, who cuts loose with a strike from twenty yards out on the right - but it takes a wicked deflection and zips off elsewhere. Pulis now more animated on the sides - the Baggies boss, under baseball cap, is shouting up a storm.
75'
Barry tries to float a long ball into the box, only to put a touch too much weight behind it, reaching Ryan rather than one of his strikers. West Brom looking a touch more with it now and they earn a corner though moments later.
73'
Rodriguez is pinned for offside as he takes a nice little through ball on the left edge of the box and Brighton move away with purpose.
71'
J. Morrison enters the game and replaces J. Livermore.
West Brom make their third change as Morrison replaces Livermore - and he immediately sparks on the right edge with some nifty footwork to fool the Seagulls defence, only for his chance to fizzle out.
69'
West Brom are truly not at the races anymore. They started the better of the two sides but since the half-hour mark, they've been a shadow of their better self. Tony Pulis will have his work cut out ahead of their clash with West Ham next weekend.
67'
Brighton find themselves pinned back in their own half, but a delightful through-ball down the right edge releases Hemed and gets them out of danger.
65'
Wow. Well, where do West Brom go from here? Their unbeaten record this season is slipping away quite spectacularly - and Brighton are answering their critics in some style. Pulis looks pensive; Hughton energetic. What a contrast to a fortnight ago for the hosts.
63'
T. Hemed has scored a goal for Brighton & Hove Albion! Assist by P. Groß.
Assist Pascal Groß
THREE FOR BRIGHTON! In emphatic style, the Seagulls get their third of the afternoon - with Hemed this time supplied by a Gross cross, the former connecting with a fine header to guide it past Foster on the left edge of the six yard box. Long way back for West Brom now.
62'
L. Rosenior enters the game and replaces Bruno Saltor.
Lengthy stoppage for a Brighton player to receive treatment before play is resumed with Burke bursting down the right flank, just taking the ball out with him after some good tackling from Dunk.
Indeed, it is captain Bruno down for Brighton - and he is replaced by Rosenior after it becomes clear he can't continue.
59'
Brighton nearly grab a third after Duffy gets his head to a Gross cross but Foster sees off the danger this time.
57'
K. Gibbs enters the game and replaces Ahmed Hegazy.
O. Burke enters the game and replaces S. Rondón.
And Kieran Gibbs takes the place of Hegazi now too.
First of two changes for West Brom now as they look to haul themselves back into this game, with Oliver Burke introduced for Rondon.
55'
Knockaert gets a leg to a loose pass in the Brighton box and concedes a corner. The Baggies can't press though, putting it out with a cross too long for the scrum of players centred in the goal mouth.
53'
Nyom clips it back to Foster as West Brom play it - mutedly - around their back four. The Baggies need to find a spark - and they suddenly do, hurtling downfield only for a great slide tackle to deny Livermore a shot.
51'
Applause rings out around the stadium for John Motson, the legendary BBC commentator who this week announced his retirement after fifty years. Both sets of fans unite in a touching gesture for a true legend of the microphone.
50'
Well, how about that then. West Brom looked fired up a moment ago - and against the early run of play in this second half, they go two down to the Seagulls. Sensational stuff from the hosts to catch the Baggies napping.
48'
P. Groß has scored a goal for Brighton & Hove Albion! Assist by T. Hemed.
Assist Tomer Hemed
2-0 TO BRIGHTON! Well, you wait around for a goal and then two come up at once! Brighton double their lead with a second for Pascal Gross as he lets loose with a lovely low shot, after being fed by Hemed. West Brom are shell-shocked.
46'
And we're back underway for the second half, as Ryan is immediately tested by a Phillips cross into the box. The keeper deals but West Brom are flying out of the blocks in search of a leveller.
45'
P. Groß has scored a goal for Brighton & Hove Albion! Assist by S. March.
Assist Solomon March
GOAL FOR BRIGHTON! On the stroke of half-time, Pascal Gross somehow curls a left-footed shot along the floor between the legs of three defenders and the keeper after being supplied by a lovely cross from March. Brighton's wait for a Premier League goal is over - they take the lead!
42'
Close again for Brighton! This time, Gross does a nifty little twist on the edge of the eighteen-yard area and cleaves a left-footer merely six inches over the crossbar. Both sides are looking more on-target now...
40'
Hegazi nearly gets his head to the follow-up corner too - but he can't guide it to the left to slot the right side of the goalpost. 0-0 it remains.
39'
SUPERB SAVE! Ryan leaps to punch away a left footed volley from Barry thirty yards out. A proper tester for the keeper and a good shot from the former Villa man too.
37'
Now Nyom has a throw for West Brom, but he puts it into the box and straight to Ryan who scoops up unopposed.
36'
Brighton earn a throw on the right, deep in Baggies territory but an inventive run from Rondon forces them back into their own half.
34'
West Brom look like they have lost the initiative going forward somewhat, but Brighton so far are unable to land too many on target. They're getting closer though.
32'
Dunk now sends a probing shot from a sharp angle on the left, only for Foster to leap unchallenged for it.
30'
Gross and Hemed combine to put the latter away down the right but quick defence from West Brom forces it out for a throw from which they clean up.
27'
Gross, and then Hemed, both try from the right flank too - but again Foster is alert to danger and sweeps in to deflect and save in both instances.
25'
Propper goes for goal himself, from the right edge of the box - but Barry deflects it high and Foster collects. Brighton are pressing forward en masse now though. Nervy times for West Brom.
23'
Now Stephens fancies his look down the other end for Brighton, played a lovely flat ball twenty-yards out in the centre - but his strike spirals way over the crossbar and into the crowd. Wasted chances at the AMEX Stadium.
22'
Chance for West Brom! Barry gets the ball on the edge of the box, on the left hand side from a free-kick, and absolutely leathers a shot, only for it to take a deflection off his own man away from the goal.
20'
Knockaert fancies his luck from twenty-five yards out but his shot is flat and straight, causing no trouble for Foster.
19'
Krychowiak - making his debut today of course - earns a throw for the visitors on the right hand side. They can't press into the box though - with Brighton's defence firming up - and the Seagulls push back to halfway.
16'
Propper concedes a throw on halfway and West Brom - slightly ruffled by that close shave - are fast to press downfield, with Phillips a shade too late to reach the long ball before it rolls out for a goal-kick.
14'
NO GOAL! Brighton get a free-kick, which falls back to March on the edge of the box. His shot is wobbled by Foster, and Duffy taps in the rebound - only to be pulled back for offside. So close to breaking the deadlock there for the hosts.
12'
Livermore cries out for a free-kick on the left edge of the box after a sliding tackle but the referee - rightfully - waves him away.
10'
Bruno gets it on halfway and opts to play back into his own half from the right so Brighton can refocus down the left. They are unable to capitalise though and then give away a foul after a sloppy pass is picked up by Nyom.
8'
Krychowiak now opens up with an attempted shot from the right edge of the penalty area but it takes a bounce off Suttner and that disrupts the Baggies attack.
6'
West Brom push it out down the right with Barry who cuts back to Dawson, before Rondon breaks out into a canter. He can't twist the ball inwards though and it comes to the keeper Ryan.
4'
If Brighton fail to net today, they will equal an unwanted record of not scoring in their first four Premier League games of a campaign, alongside Newcastle, Swansea and Sheffield Wednesday. Oddly enough, all three went on to avoid the drop - so perhaps a good omen amongst bad tidings?
2'
The Seagulls earn a throw on the right flank and then a second after Rodriguez puts it out. Bruno puts it deep into the penalty area and March lets loose with a volley that skews well wide to the right.
1'
Rondon taps back at the whistle and we are underway on the South Coast!
Good afternoon, and after a fortnight off for the international break, welcome back to the Premier League, as winless and goalless Brighton and Hove Albion look to kick-start their season against an unbeaten, high-flying West Bromwich Albion team. The Seagulls have taken one point from the opening nine – can they add three more against the Baggies? Kick-off is just around the corner.
Two players from Chris Hughton's side found themselves on the scoresheet over last weekend during the 2018 World Cup qualifiers, with Shane Duffy and Davy Propper netting for the Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands respectively. Tomer Hemed and Oliver Norwood also featured for Israel and Northern Ireland too – the former coming on at half-time and the second playing the full ninety as national teams ramp up preparations for potential tournament spots.
Tony Pulis' Baggies side also had a brace of players busy on the international stage – with Hal Robson-Kanu netting the opener for Wales in a win over Moldova and James McClean putting in a full stint for the Republic of Ireland again. Ahmed Hegazi meanwhile faced Uganda for Egypt, and Salomon Rondon helped Venezuela draw with Argentina – whilst Jonny Evans and Chris Brunt netted for Northern Ireland each and Jake Livermore cameoed in England's win against Slovakia.
As we await official team news, this could be the home debut for a trio of Seagulls signings in the shape of Ezequiel Schelotto, Tim Krul and Jose Izquierdo today. As for the Baggies, debuts could be handed to Kieran Gibbs and Grzegorz Krychowiak after signing from Arsenal and Paris Saint Germain respectively – but Robson-Kanu will be absent after his straight red against Burnley last time out.
This game has been a long time coming between the two sides today too – the last time both met was almost a quarter of a century ago, in Division 2 in 1993. That day, West Brom ran out 3-1 victors at the Hawthorns, in front of an attendance of 13,002. Five years later, the Seagulls would be warding off liquidation and a relegation out of the Football League – but now, in their debut Premier League season, they'll be desperate to push on and earn the points.
So it's an unchanged XI for Brighton after their 0-0 draw with Watford last time out – whilst West Brom hand a debut to Krychowiak in place of James Morrison and Jonny Evans slots in in lieu of Chris Brunt. In addition, Izquierdo and Gibbs could potentially make appearances off the bench for the hosts and the visitors respectively. Only a few minutes away now…
Half-time is called as the whistle goes - and after shot after shot for most of the first half, Brighton have finally broken their duck with their first top flight goal for thirty-four years, thanks to Pascal Gross. West Brom may feel hard done by there - perhaps the marginally better side despite lesser chances - but Chris Hughton will feel rewarded for an opening forty-five minutes where they gave their best performance of the season so far. Half-time at the Amex Stadium, Brighton 1-0 West Brom.
Well, who saw that coming? After three games of fairly dismal performances, no goals and only a point to show, Brighton exploded into life this afternoon with a trio of goals to clip the wings of a high-flying West Brom team in emphatic fashion. Pascal Gross made the pressure pay on the stroke of half-time with his first, and then netted a second early on after the restart, before he supplied a lovely cross for a Tomer Hemed header to make it three. The Baggies got one back, after James Morrison scuffed one home on 77 minutes - but it was mere consolation for the visitors as Brighton got their first top-flight win in thirty-four years. Final score at the AMEX Stadium, Brighton and Hove Albion 3-1 West Bromwich Albion.
Chris Hughton gets the three points he very much needed today, and a tidy boost ahead of a South Coast clash on Friday with Eddie Howe's Bournemouth. As for Tony Pulis, the rollicking start is over - they slip out of the top five and will have to regroup ahead of a home game against West Brom next weekend. The Premier League is back from its short holiday with a bang - thank you very much for joining us and have a good evening!
